Can you explain what happens at the event.

Working with the conscious mind alone does not bring about long lasting change. When change takes root in the unconscious level it lasts a life time.

Perry's aim is to facillitate the fastest change in participants - this means developing the conscious and unconscious parts of particpants minds.

To work with both parts of your mind Perry moves between giving you a very powerful business buidling strategy (as an example a recruitment strategy) and then he explains common patterns and beliefs that sabotage or limit the successful implementation.

Then to make the learning more real - volunteers will come up the front and Perry will use his penetrative insight to help them see the beliefs and patterns that are sabotaging or limiting their business in the area being discussed.

In this way Perry works with patterns and strategy. It is the perfect combination for growth and learning.
