4. Allow 60 to 90 minutes for the call.
    
5. We will record our hour consultation and email it to you.  Such a recording is for your personal use only.
    
6. Once you purchase a consulting slot, your call cannot be cancelled but it may be rescheduled.
    
7. However, if you show up for the call and don't feel you received the value you expected, simply let us know and we will refund your payment.
