Eleven years ago I started working with Perry when I had a hairdressing salon called Beeba Hair employing eight staff members. At this time the salon was running me......I was not running the salon! Things needed to change drastically as I was nearly at breaking point. Working between 70-90 hours a week, staff with attitude, no time to plan for the business and most importantly......no time for me! I knew I needed to make changes but did not know where to start or how to go about it for that matter. Fortunately for me a friend recommended I look at Perry’s program and I am very thankful for that.
After just a short time (like a couple of months) I had halved my working hours, sorted the staff, getting rid of the dead wood and replacing them with more motivated people with similar values to mine. I had put a whole new salon policies, training and procedures manual together and implemented them, which created boundaries and direction for everyone that worked for me.
