The inner circle was born of my desire to connect and interact with people as a spokesperson for this very powerful transformative work I and my coaches teach (and my teachers taught me).
This connection and interaction with clients has been something I have been missing now that I don't travel for work, coach or run events as much (hey - surfing only fulfils one part of me)!
From a selfish perspective the inner circle helps me meet those needs - and from a giving or service perspective, interaction, connection and discussion is the environment required for people to thrive through the work we teach (rather than engaging people on the intellectual level - via reading emails etc).
