Living in a world fuelled by the frantic energy of crisis and reaction has become the new normal. But when we slow down enough to turn a nurturing attentiveness toward the mind, body, and heart, we find it entirely possible to access an inner wisdom and stability that brings clarity and peace.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This free, live 4-week online (Zoom) program is designed to introduce you to the foundational principles, practices, and techniques of mindfulness and meditation.

You'll learn how to work with the breath and body in a mindful, attentive way, and how to bring a healing and liberating awareness to emotions, thought patterns and states of mind. As well as how to embody this mindfulness in each moment with kindness and compassion for yourself and others.

Whether you are new to mindfulness, or an experienced practitioner, this short program will provide you with the fundamental principles and practices to help to support you with developing a wise and steady relationship with yourself and with the experiences of life.
