Perry Mardon is the founder and CEO of Mardon International. As a business development and human behaviour expert he has run trainings for some of Australia's leading companies. These clients include ANZ, Wella, Harvey Norman, Action International, BHP Billiton, and Lend Lease.
Perry is an accomplished speaker who has spoken at Tedx on 'The Power of Purpose'.
Before Mardon International, Perry was the founder and CEO of Freedom Technology and Mardon Consulting. Providing specialist consulting & training services to hospitality businesses worldwide.
From the age of 24, Perry and his family have been fortunate to live an amazing lifestyle - traveling and living in some of the best places in the world. This is possible due to the way he set up his businesses. As an avid surfer, Perry jokes that apart from speaking engagements he has never missed a swell in his life.
His early childhood dream of escaping the rat race and living to the beat of his own drum became a reality. Due to applying the principles and strategies he teaches, to his own businesses, he has changed his own life from a dysfunctional and violent youth to a loving, effective, family man and educator.
