The Problem
I've always built the best IP. The practice changes you β most never do it. Those who do, change. I know who's who.
Passive learning. You watch me work. Watching builds insight. Only practice builds skill.
Charismatic teachers. Do these practices long enough and they can make a person magnetic. They did me β more than I understand. It becomes a magic show that pulls you in and stalls your learning. Charismatic teachers breed dependence, not mastery; the evidence is clear. I don't want your light or a following. I want you in self-mastery.
One pace, many stages. It holds the advanced back and leaves the early behind.
You're at Different Stages
Going inward starts slow β for most, not all. There are many stages. Each builds on the last β you don't master one until you master the one before. A few:
Facing what you've disowned. Emotions you won't feel, truths you've hidden from, your own judgment. We break the defences you built to not look. Here, most sabotage and skip the exercises.
Feeling sensations in the body. You stop fearing emotion and feel it as sensation β watched, not feared.
Naming sub-personalities as they surface. Once you can feel the body, you catch the parts living there β naming your sub-personalities and patterns fast.
Rescripting the subconscious. Once the denied content shifts, you change the patterns at the root.
You're each somewhere different. One is learning to express emotion after years of denial. Another, to drop it as a discipline. Same group, different stages β an exercise for each. The new format puts you on the exercise you struggle with. The struggle is the signal. That's your exercise.

How the New Format Runs
This is a member-trained community. Each session, one or two members teach an exercise they choose. Every member teaches. I refine the skill as they teach.

This isn't a hunch. The research is clear.
Teaching deepens your mastery. People who learn to teach β then teach β retain more than those who study for a test. The protΓ©gΓ© effect. (Stanford AAA Lab, 2009)
Doing beats watching. Across 225 studies, active practice beat even excellent lectures. Peer-led learning consistently outperforms being taught at. (Freeman et al., PNAS, 2014)
Owning your path drives change. Motivation, persistence and results rise with autonomy, visible progress, and belonging. (Self-Determination Theory, APA)
Depending on a teacher undermines learning. Teacher-dependent learners engage less and achieve less than those who act on their own. (Frontiers in Education, 2023)
A pedestal lets you off the hook. See me as "different" and my results look like talent you lack β your excuse. See me as someone who did the practices, and the result is yours to take. (role-model similarity research)
You believe "I can" watching someone like you. The belief that decides whether you act rises watching a peer, not a master. Students who watched a peer gained more than those who watched the teacher. (Bandura, self-efficacy)
The impact reaches past skill β into the group, and into you.
The one who teaches grows the most. In recovery research, those who help others relapse far less β and helping lowers stress, anxiety and depression. The helper therapy principle. (Brown University, 12-step helping study)
A community that learns together builds more than skill. Members gain self-direction, responsibility, leadership and trust β and it compounds across the group. (Lave & Wenger, Communities of Practice)
Learning beside peers deepens belonging and growth. Less isolation, more safety to be honest β and helping others fuels your own growth. (Recovery Colleges peer-educator study, 2024)
Deep change comes through dialogue, not download. Lasting shifts in how you see yourself come from discourse, not information alone. (Mezirow, transformative learning)
