Living out of alignment - no purpose, no mission, living a life sold to us by others, trapped in what - a life sold to us by our parents, society, advertising?

Shut down, numb, not following the beat of one's own drum, not following one's bliss.

Porn as an escape from real intimacy and sexual connection in one's primary relationship.

Other numbing and intellectually stunting activities like cheap shows, TV, gossip magazines, social media, celebrity news, too much drinking and drugs.

At the end of the day, coming home, dumping stress in angry outbursts onto the kids or partner for 'whatever'. You are unloading the emotions that can't be dealt with effectively by you, then retreating to TV, social media, work or anything else that can disconnect you from your aliveness and connectivity with family.

Playing 'best friend' parent, wanting to be liked and not setting boundaries and rules. Or playing tyrant parent, constantly pushing YOUR values on your children.

Playing small, worrying about what others think. NOT STANDING IN YOUR POWER.

EMOTIONAL MESSES - Either controlled by negative emotions, or deeply disconnected from emotions - and passing that on to your children.

Part of a social scene that is comfortable but not invigorating, stimulating and growing you to move past where you are now.

Leaving your potential on the table. 

Not enough energy or time to be in great physical, intellectual mental and emotional shape.

Tired all the time, numb to your body and what it needs. Numb to your emotions and what you need.

Constant comparing oneself to others - playing less than or superiority status games. Gossip about others to feel superior and escape unconscious inferiority.

Handing down the same multiple generational dysfunctional patterns to your children.

Disconnected from your deepest dreams, feeling trapped by circumstance.

Status seeking - achieving driven arrogance to escape unconscious low self worth. 

Superwoman - Trying to be the perfect mum, business owner, friend, partner - but always burns out emotionally and physically.

The struggler - Nothing comes easily and in flow, there are always dramas and setbacks undermining success.

The victim - needs bad things to happen, to be used for moaning (poor me) or gain love/help (to prove love).
 

The blamer - (often a victim trait as well)...to avoid unconscious shame and low self worth - someone or something else has to be blamed for the poor result.

The people pleaser - who can't set boundaries, avoids conflict and NEEDs to be liked so much they reject their own desires and needs.

The dysfunctional achiever - achieving is used to escape their unconscious shame and low self worth. (If I succeed - I prove I am acceptable. Look mummy and daddy -  I am acceptable).

The gossip - who talks about other's 'bad points' to feel superior and escape their unconscious shame.

The dramatiser - who must have drama and conflict to feel alive (adrenal addicts).

The thrill seeker - only feels alive when there is risk (adrenal addicts) and meets their unconscious depression when there is NO thrill. 

The tyrant - must be right and in control - to avoid unconscious shame and vulnerabilities.

The social butterfly - who must be noticed and seen and be loved by 'many'.

The perfectionist - whose unconscious mantra is (not that they know it) - If it's not perfect -  I am not perfect, or if it's not perfect - they are not perfect. 

Logical numbness - lives in their intellect and deeply disconnected from their emotions and feelings (unconsciously afraid of their emotions).

The Feeler - constantly feels emotions and  psychic currents and can't control them (opposite to logical numbness).

The unaware empath - Their feelings are often not theirs. They unconsciously pick up on other's emotional states without their knowledge. Often overly sympathetic (rather than compassionate).

The Chameleon - (related to the people pleaser) who becomes what they believe will get them accepted by the other, others. 

The Catastrophist - believes the worst will happen, triggering deep fear and terror. 

The Procrastinator - won't identify and face their deepest unconscious fears. 

The Hermit - On the logical level rationalises why they don't want to do 'this thing' with others. On the unconscious level they get to escape their sense of not belonging, or their fear of others, or of being rejected. 
 

The spiritual by-passer - takes a so called spiritual path to avoid the psychological development stages required to master life, relationships money etc.

I am right - you are wrong. Most people play this game, at least in stress - when the ego identity is threatened due to unconscious low self worth/shame. Stops intimacy, connection, problem solving. Being right is more important than the truth.

The God game - Can't handle the immense complexity of the universe, uncertainty, needs mythical religion rules to follow to create certainty.  Childish orientation - gods are projected parent figures.
