Based on my experience and partnerships, I have helped businesses increase their revenue by millions of dollars. After reviewing the factors that contributed to my most successful projects, I have identified 12 key elements that were present and led to significant growth.

Most companies we have assisted have seen significant benefits and achieved at least one major breakthrough.   • We are discussing the detailed tasks such as determining specifically what your in-house and external direct sales and/or marketing teams should be doing, saying, and focusing on at all times, and ensuring that everyone consistently follows the strategy decided on.

  • We are discussing providing guidance on what scripts to use, the content of advertisements or sales letters, what your brochures, catalogues, trade show exhibit signs should contain, and what they should say.

Are you a good candidate for our long-term help?

 

Are you a suitable candidate to become one of the "fabulous three" companies we will work with as an intensive relationship "profit partner"? If you can relate to what I've discussed on this page, and you meet many of the 12-factor criteria I've outlined, we should have a conversation.

Before you contact us, it's important to understand the type of partnership we are seeking. Here are the three attributes and characteristics of the mutually beneficial and potentially highly profitable relationships we are interested in:

  1. First, since we know our methods are effective in the long-term, but we cannot determine how well you will implement them or work with us until we begin working together, there will be a 12-month "small," but meaningful, good faith payment per month that will be applied towards future profit increases that we will share. We will invest a significant amount of hours each month (which will not be billed to you on an hourly basis) as part of the partnership. Therefore, if you are not able to afford or justify paying us for 12 months, please do not contact us via email or call.


  2. Second, the deal must be financially beneficial for you. Invest only if you anticipate a return of at least three to five times your initial investment. If you do not realistically believe that we can generate that kind of return or more in additional profits every month once fully invested, it may not be a suitable opportunity for us to pursue.


  3. Third, we must proceed with caution. We can only handle 3 new partners at this time, so we must be certain that your business and you are the right fit before committing ourselves. To ensure the best interest of both parties, we request a 30-day trial period before making any long-term binding commitments.

 

If we are not the right fit for each other or if the partnership does not turn out as expected, either party can choose to end the partnership at the end of the 30-day trial period without any further obligation. There may be the small monthly cost (I mentioned above) for the first month as we work to develop and implement a detailed plan and strategy, but the ideas and strategies developed during this time will belong to you, without any additional charge, in the event that we do not continue working together.

 

If both parties are satisfied with the progress after the first month, we will continue working together for a 12-month period of rebuilding the foundation. During this time, fixed payments to us will cease and we will only receive profit payments on a monthly basis for any additional profits generated as a result of our actions and activities.

We continue to work together for as long as the partnership is mutually beneficial.

It is important to note that any advances made in good faith for the monthly fee will be deducted from future profit payments to us. Meaningful monthly profit distribution payments will only be received by us if our efforts are successful and generate significant profits for both parties.

Mutual self-interest is beneficial as it aligns our incentives and motivates both parties.

What percentage of profits will we receive? It will be negotiated based on the range of increases that we believe we can realistically achieve together. The longer and larger the increase in profits, the lower percentage we will take, but based on past approaches it will generally fall between 3 -25% after your expenses, costs, and overheads are recouped, and based on our assigned workload and input, that is calculated on a case by case basis. 

To put it another way, for every profit share payment  you send us, you will see a return of three to four times that amount in net profit, thanks to our efforts.


We will guide you through the simple process we have developed to accurately measure the financial impact we make in each area of our work for you. This way, you can have complete confidence in the agreement you make with us. To ensure a mutually beneficial outcome, we include a clause in our agreement that sets a minimum level of performance. This protects both parties from any marginal returns.

In this type of financial arrangement, we are held accountable to hit a minimum financial target or profit improvement milestone, agreed upon upfront, by the end of 12 months. If we fail to meet this benchmark, we will exit the deal and you will retain all future profit shares. This performance pressure ensures that the first nine months will yield significant results and benefits for you.
 

To be honest, the initial monthly fee, for my services and IP, does not justify the amount of time and effort we will be investing in your business every month. However, our main goal is not to profit from the initial fee payments, but rather to receive larger profit sharing checks starting from month 12 and beyond.

However, if the idea of working with us to make your business extremely successful and sharing a portion of the profits does not appeal to you, please refrain from contacting us.

We are firm on the profit-sharing aspect of our agreement for partnership unless you prefer to pay us our hourly rate for the time I invest in your business. The deal we are offering is more favorable to you as we will be dedicating a large amount of time and resources towards the potential growth of your business.

We believe that if you are willing to take on a small risk by working with us for 12 months, we should be willing to take on a larger risk by investing a significant amount of time and resources into your business.
