She wanted out of her business. Her subconscious said no.

A business owner came to me fifteen years ago. Twenty staff. Sixty-hour weeks. She wanted the business to run without her.
She grew up a doctor's daughter in a small country town — her family had the house on the hill with the pool. The other children picked on her and left her out.
So she learned to fit in. She made herself agreeable. She put her own wants aside to be liked.
Decades later, that pattern was running her business.
She over-gave to poor performers. She made excuses for them, coached them again and again, poured a fortune into training. Her pleasing drew in exactly the staff who would take advantage of it.
Consciously, she said: "I want to grow the business so I don't have to be in it."
Her subconscious wanted the opposite. Stepping away meant being seen as selfish. It meant standing apart from her team. And as a child, standing apart got her rejected. So it kept her exactly where she was.
She could do every business program on the market. The information is real. But until the subconscious is dealt with, it keeps running the pattern it learned in childhood — the same result, again and again.
The science is in. The subconscious chooses before the conscious mind decides.
I run a complimentary live workshop where I work with people to uncover the patterns behind their business, their investing and their money.
