What Can't You See?

Sep 16, 2026

Being the boss.

Most of my work is with leaders scaling teams.

The ones who struggle share a pattern: the need to be seen. To be right. To be validated. To be special. To be better than others.

Power and status are the escape from low self-worth. That need is why they became the boss — not to build a business that runs without them, as they consciously claim.

None of them knows this about themselves. It sits in the blind spot, and it stays there until it is owned and seen.

We all have blind spots. What can’t you see?
